How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Electricsuggestions Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Electricsuggestions Roofing went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please note that Electricsuggestions Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@electricsuggestions.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
